CEOs are increasingly looking to hire remote workers as a way to grow their companies. Some have gone so far as to do away with their physical office spaces entirely. Moving away from having an office can provide a number of benefits to your company.

Growing a team in a central office is the traditional approach to building a startup. While many of these companies do eventually expand and open satellite offices as needed, they still try to remain as centralized as possible.
